- Medicare already does not pay as much on claims as they should - cutting payments further will, of course, save money. Oh, wait, someone has to finish paying the doctor and hospital...... The govt can rob Peter to pay Paul, all day long - bottom line is that WE will pay more and get less.

- IMO, you people need to read the proposed bills. Large sums of money are to be put into training doctors, etc. And do some research on our 'educational' systems. There are govt mandated curriculums that schools must follow but these do not seem to be working to actually educate the kids.
